GOOD MORNING CHRISTIAN: "SEE YOUR SOUL" -Michael James Stone

SEE YOUR SOUL HAS A REFLECTION OF YOUR LIFE

Picture a Pond; a lake with mountains surrounding it.
When the Water is like glass it is a perfect reflection of the mountains.

Now drop a pebble in that pond.
The ripple effect will distort the reflection.

What you let into your soul is the pebble;
your emotions cause the ripple effect.

"Thou will keep Him in Perfect Peace;
whose Mind is Stayed on thee"

You can be a perfect reflection of God today;
even if for a moment, or an hour or a day.

But make no mistake.

Your emotions cast your soul from reflection of God's Peace;
to distraction of your reactions.

Today if you can, think of this as David said.

I HAVE STILLED AND QUIETED MY SOUL.

If you do;

Your Pond will return to Peace;
as you learn to be still and know God.

VidDevoBlogSpot:"Who Loves You?" (VBS-002) Devotional+

VIDDEVO

"Who Loves You?"

"MY SHEEP HEAR MY VOICE,

AND I KNOW THEM,

AND THEY FOLLOW ME"

John 10:27

What This is about is Personal.

It is my Personal Relationship and Response to Jesus.

It is about the Way I relate to Jesus and How He Communicates to Me. It is not an uncommon experience, but it is one that is Unique and Distinctive to God because He did it. I merely responded to what He did to me. This should be common to all men and could be.

VidDevo is Testimony.

It is the personal experience of God related in an intimate and personal way about what Jesus wants to communicate to me and through me for others as well as for my self. It is life experiences. It is Testimony. It is real. It is live. None of it is exaggerated. It is my devotional life as I live it in Video: VidDevo.

VidDevo is Personal.

It is about You. It is about Me. We are relating Jesus to each other by Video but communicating to each other as the Spirit of God makes real what fits in your life the same way he does for me. And it may not be the same thing. It is God speaking. It doesn't matter how He does. It is personal to you and Him, just as it is personal to He and I. God speaks thru VidDevo to each individual person; personally.

VidDevo is Real.

It is life. It is daily. It is about what happens to me and as much as possible what affects you as I see it happening to you. It is the response of a Man of God with God in success and failure, in happiness and sorrow, in all aspects of life and living it. It is not reality video, but the reality of God manifest in the flesh, mine, as I relate to God in all I am doing. It is God in me as Jesus said He would be and is. He is real, I am not.

"Authority" -Matthew 8:5-13 -Cheryl Brodersen

Authority-Matthew 8:5-13

Posted by Cheryl Brodersen

Now when Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, pleading with Him, saying, "Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed, dreadfully tormented." And Jesus said to him, "I will come and heal him" (Matthew 8:6-7).

The centurion from this story recognized the "authority" of Jesus when he made his request to Jesus. What Jesus spoke happened. Those whom Jesus touched were healed. Those to whom Jesus spoke were moved. The centurion knew the importance of authority. As a man under authority, he was able to command others.

The centurion recognized that the authority of Jesus came from a greater authority-the authority of heaven. God was in Christ. The works that Jesus did were of God. Jesus represented God so thoroughly that He could say to Philip, "He who has seen Me has seen the Father" (John 14:9).

Jesus' words were the words of authority. He did not speak the word of man, but the words of God. His words carried the omniscience of God. His words were not merely philosophies about life or perspectives on life, they were life! Each word was God-breathed.

The authority of Jesus is available to us today through the Spirit of Christ. To be women of authority, we must be women under the authority of Christ. We must seek to speak His Word rather than our own. We must seek the supremacy of His will above our own. Haven't you ever thought to yourself, "If only this generation could see Jesus! He is the embodiment of what the world craves in the recesses of their soul"? Our world needs Jesus. Therefore, we must submit to His authority that we might present Him to this dying generation.

The centurion's insight and belief in the power of the Word of Christ was seen as "great faith" in the eyes of Jesus. Consequently, his servant was healed by his faith. Jesus further blessed the centurion with a public commendation the promise of heaven and a seat with the patriarchs in the kingdom of heaven.
